COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Will I lose control during the session?

No.

You remain aware and in control throughout the entire experience. Past life regression is a relaxed and focused state — not unconsciousness. You can speak, pause, or stop at any time.

2. What if I don’t see anything?

Everyone experiences regression differently.

Some people see vivid imagery. Others sense, feel, or simply know. Your subconscious reveals what is available to you in the moment.

There is no “right” way for it to unfold.

3. Is this hypnosis?

It is a guided, relaxed state similar to hypnosis. You are not asleep and you are not controlled. You remain present and engaged.

4. Is it safe?

Yes.

Past life regression is a safe and gentle process when guided properly. Sessions are conducted in a structured and intentional container.

5. Can I ask specific questions?

Yes.

Depending on the tier selected, you may ask structured questions related to life themes, patterns, identity, or direction.

Future prediction is not part of this work.

6. Do I need to believe in reincarnation?

No.

Belief is not required. The process works with your subconscious mind. Skepticism does not prevent meaningful experience.

7. How should I prepare?

Arrive rested, hydrated, and open.

Avoid alcohol or heavy meals beforehand.

Bring one clear life theme or question if possible.

8. Is this therapy?

No.

This is not therapy or medical treatment. It is a guided consciousness exploration experience.

If you are currently in acute psychological distress, this work may not be appropriate at this time.

9. How do I choose the right tier?

Begin where you feel aligned.
