Duration: 2 to 3 hours A deeper and more spacious one-on-one experience for those who want more time, more exploration, and more support throughout the process. This session is ideal for those who want room for multiple themes, deeper reflection, or more time-intensive exploration such as a particular historical time period, event, lineage, or broader range of questions. As with the Focused Regression Session, we begin with a 15-minute introductory call to shape the session around your goals. Right before induction, we go over your questions and intentions together and refine them as needed. This extended format allows more time for deeper regression, exploration, subconscious questions, and integration. It also includes a body-based energetic scan, unless you prefer to opt out, as part of the expanded experience. Following the session, there is more space for reflection and a 30-minute follow-up call, along with a recorded audio of your session.
